We stayed in one bedroom unit which is clean , well maintained, & kitchen is well equipped. Staffs are friendly, helpful & courteous. We had a pleasant stay. It is well located. Only setback is that it’s not soundproof. Could hear people talking & walking from other units.

Let's talk about the room type. Many rooms in this old house in London are on B1, which is the basement floor. One-bedroom rooms are basically on the first floor and the basement floor. It's best to confirm with Ctrip first. If you mind, the superior and deluxe rooms are on the first floor, the superior rooms are along the street at the gate, and the deluxe rooms are at the innermost of the first floor.
If there are many people in this hotel, it's very comfortable to live in two-bedroom and three-bedroom rooms on the 2nd to 4th floors upstairs.
This hotel has a lot of Middle Eastern guests, probably because there are many Middle Eastern embassies next door. The geographical location is next to the Iranian flag on the same road. Anyway, this street is very quiet because it belongs to the rich area and is adjacent to Hyde Park, Kensington Park and Imperial College.
The geographical location and environment are impeccable. It's still very comfortable to stay in such an apar**ent when staying in London!
There are no extra facilities, but there are kitchens and laundry rooms, which are suitable for long-term living. It's also very convenient to clean once every two days.
In short, it's highly recommended! But it's quite popular and hard to book!

Loved the apar**ent, it was a great location away from the tourist traps. We walked to Hyde Park daily. The hosts were great and always at the desk so I felt very safe. It is a very nice part of town. The apar**ent itself was well-equipped, spacious and great for a family of three. The only small negative was that our upstairs neighbors were a little loud at night sometimes.

Fantastic ground floor apar**ent 1A . Small kitchen and seating area , mezzanine floor with a large double bed , seperate bathroom and shower . Very clean , super friendly and helpful lady on reception . There is car parking on the main road for 4 hours , but if you go down Queensgate to Harrington road , and use Kensington parking centre we got 24 hours for £60 . Ideal for Albert Hall , Natural history and Hyde Park , would absolutely stay here again . Word of warning though if you are tall like me mind your head , the ceiling is very low on the Mezzanine! This is a lovely location and the deluxe studio was very spacious and nicely appointed. I had to change my travel plans suddenly due to a family bereavement and the receptionist at Queens Gate Court was extremely sympathetic and supportive during this difficult time.

Only thing that was wrong with the apar**ent was you could hear the lift and other noises within the building

Excellent location as was close to hyde park as well as the bus and underground. Only issue was the noise, stayed on the 2nd floor but could hear alot of noise upstairs especially when people were walking and road noise. Need to consider better insulation.
