The location is fantastic! The hotel is right outside Algate station, making it super convenient for getting around by tube. The hotel itself is quite new, and the cleanliness and service are top-notch. They even helped me track down my power bank after I left it behind, which I really appreciated. For the price, the value for money is excellent.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with modern facilities, including USB outlets so no adapter was needed. The service was enthusiastic, and the included dinner was good, allowing us to choose two dishes. The location is excellent, situated between two subway stations and three lines, with a bus terminal nearby. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Tower Bridge – truly a prime location. The breakfast was especially great, with a wide variety of glass jar jams.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It's less than a 5-minute walk from Aldgate tube station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The rooms are surprisingly spacious compared to many other hotels and feel very new. They even have a filtered water dispenser on every floor, which is a nice touch. The breakfast offers a great selection, enough to keep you full until lunch. There are also plenty of fast-food options nearby, like Subway and Itsu, a couple of convenience stores, and even a good Yunnan restaurant. I'm not sure why, but during our 8-day stay, we barely saw any fellow Chinese guests – perhaps people think this station is less popular? You can actually walk to Tower Bridge from here, which is very convenient. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next London trip! The only minor downside was that on one occasion, the cleaning staff left our clothes on the floor, which was a bit frustrating.

An absolutely terrible experience. Price aside – I don't mind spending money when traveling – but to pay a premium and receive no service... honestly, hotels around here generally don't offer good value for money. I stayed here for three days, and the front desk staff were all very pleasant, except for the woman handling my extension today. Her attitude was atrocious. She spoke incredibly fast the whole time, insisted I couldn't pay the deposit in cash, only by card, and then made me wait downstairs for a long time while she went to find a manager. I really don't understand why she was acting so high and mighty; you'd think she was the owner, not just an employee.
