The room has NO WINDOW and at the basement!? It should list on the website. This is totally disappointed.

It’s a showroom rather that a hotel room . Designed for sake of design . Too many obvious issues revealed the lack of guest comfort in its efforts in “ over designing “ , as such unable to hide its ＜3Stars rating .

It was a great location. Two train stations, supermarket and restaurants were close by. The size of the room was decent and I really enjoyed a bathtub! Breakfast didn’t have so much selection but it was good enough!

La Suite West is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a centrally located boutique hotel in London. It offers modern amenities, great cleanliness but toilets have plumbing issues, friendly staff, and easy access to two train stations - Queensway and Bayswater.

Room was smaller than we expected. The hotel is only a minute walk away from the Baywater station but the hotel is also above the railway of said station and you can definitely feel some of the vibrations and noise here and there when the trains run. Although it wasn’t particularly disturbing it was noticeable when relaxing in our room. There wasn’t any hair conditioner in the shower so we had to buy it ourselves.

Great location and very clean. Registration was a bit time consuming when arriving but overall people were very helpful.

Great hotel but I do not know why they got rid of the gym from a few years ago. It was small, but still useful and makes a big difference when too cold or wet to go jogging in Hyde park.

The junior suite is really nice room. A lot of storage spaces. The most impressive thing is, the toilet got bidet. Its suites Malaysian people.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in an amazing location, just off of Hyde Park. Though the rooms are a little small (mind you this is the case for all Victorian house conversions), they are beautifully decorated and the whole hotel is in a pristine condition. Breakfast was delicious, and staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again during my next London visit.

This hotel was in prime location right next to Hyde park. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Room was cozy, clean and the junior suite was not that big in size but it's separate with bed room and living. Rest room were small, we took stair as it was some how in odd location within the building. The neighborhood was quite and close to Understand tube station. The room was cold as the air gets through the air.
