The staff was very responsive via e-mail when I had enquiries before booking. The room was air conditioned. Triple room was pretty spacious while double room was not. Had some electricity issue but got fixed quickly. Breakfast was quite good.

This hotel is great! Although it's not large, it's quiet and comfortable. It's also very close to the subway station, exceeding my expectations. I've already extended my stay and will definitely book here again next time.

Great location and very nice quiet area. Good beds and a great nights sleep 5 minutes from the Albert hall and museums. Nice healthy breakfast included. Staff excellent . Very happy!

Location is ok 5 mins walk from Gloucester station. Room can really only fit one. Staffs are really good.

Lovely, welcoming hotel. The room was clean and had everyone we needed for our one night stay. Air conditioning was really welcomed on the hottest day of the year too. Good breakfast selection and the whole stay was reasonably priced.

Good overall clean beds comfortable, downfalls daughter said television to small that it , showers could do with more power apart from that , peaceful night sleep great location nice staff 👍
