The hotel foyer is not so bad it's when you're going to lift it smells very funky the rooms are very old very basic and they need a lot of work through it lots maintenance also the rooms are very very thin so you can hear the next door . Plus it's in the rough part of London only if you can't find anything else

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. I did not have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that but the room was spacious and roomy. Even though the hotel is on a main road the windows block out the noise allowing for a uninterrupted sleep

Really bad WiFi connection

Stayed on a Saturday night. It’s located next to a club/bar blaring loud music. Avoid if you want peaceful sleep

I was a little worried about staying here solo when I accidentally booked a stay after reading all the reviews. It's not as bad as they would lead you to believe!! I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel needs an update for sure, but the friendliness of the staff and their service makes up for all that! Thanks to Kevin, Ahman, and Mikael for the recommendations on places to visit and eat. Also thanks for helping with navigating the bus system. There are bus stops close by plus an entrance for the rails. Maps and directions to several iconic locations are at hand. Transportation is readily available. I walked several times from the hotel to Borrough market. Also no one and I mean no one attempted to bother my things. My room was directly in the front and I had no problem with it being bright from outside light. There isn't a nightclub downstairs either. Thanks crew for a great first time visit!

Shouold not be charge £10 an hour for early check in ,,,we arrived around 12 om so we've beebn charged £20 for 2 hrs..

My stay was awesome

The room is spacious, with three separate beds. The cleanliness is acceptable. The location is a little far from the city, but the price/performance ratio is relatively high. There are also convenient restaurants and supermarkets around.

Perfect location and many gastronomic varieties.
