The hotel is located in a quiet, affluent neighborhood, just a 4-5 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station, making it very convenient for getting around. It's a small, independent hotel, similar to many others in the area. There are about 20 rooms in total, roughly 4-5 per floor. **Facilities:** The basement rooms have air conditioning, but as a Chinese person, I avoid basement rooms; it's considered unlucky. I chose an upstairs room, which was already the largest room type in this hotel. I could open (not spread out) two suitcases. The biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning. The room was perpetually a sweaty 30+ degrees Celsius, even when it was cool and breezy outside, as the breeze couldn't get in. **Service:** The front desk staff changed daily. During my five-day, four-night stay, I encountered three different staff members, all of whom were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate my requests. At the reception, there's also a free coffee machine, various tea bags, fresh fruit, and drinking water. It's very environmentally friendly and sufficient for tourists. **Cleanliness:** Overall, the room was decent, but the provided fan had a lot of dust inside. I had a lot of boogers during my stay in this room... I took some photos for reference. All in all, if only there had been air conditioning!

The service and personnel at the reception were caring, attentive and efficient, specially through the check-in and check-out process. The hotel was very well-kept, the room was very big –specially considering the price, which was very good for London–, and everything was very clean. The room had a complementary tea and biscuit offering, which I used gladly, and they included two filled bottles of water, while pointing out that a coffee machine and free water was available in the reception hall 24/7, which I feel the need to mention. The room also included a Smart TV with all the popular streaming services downloaded and the BBC app working. Taking all of that into account, I do need to say that the value for money when booking this hotel is amazing, I was very satisfied and I can very much recommend it. I had an amazing experience in it, I sincerely believe my money was very well spent and I really recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in London, you'll be satisfied!

The receiptionists (I forgot to ask both names, one of them is with glasses) were very kind and accomodating. The one with glasses even helped with my bags when I checked out. They provided the best room for my one night stay. There were complimentary coffees (from coffee maker and/or nescafe sachet) and teas that you can make for yourself near the receptionist counter. Best of all, they offer you complimentary fruits! The room is clean and the bed is really nice (I am particular about bed as I sometimes find it hard to fall asleep while travelling). Overall, love my experience and I can firmly say, it is really worth what I am paying for! ☺️ My favorite part is this hotel is really near to The Muffin Man Tea shop! ❤️ Love the experience and I have recommended this place to my good friends.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location - a safe and quiet area. Good room for too people, with a nice and clean bathroom. We also had a small kitchen. Great value for this London area. Close to the tube station and good shops. Would definitely consider it next time.
