This was a wonderful hotel, mesmerized by the beautiful interior. It's compact, but packed with the essence of British beauty. The room also had a lovely sofa set, and we were able to comfortably accommodate three people with suitcases. Breakfast was the same for both nights, but it was delicious.
The first night, towels, cups, tea sets, and other items were provided for two people. The next day, two and three servings were mixed together, and I wasn't sure what was the correct amount. There was a small amount of water in the kettle that seemed to belong to the previous guest, so I couldn't use it.
While I was enjoying my breakfast, someone came over with my fork and knife. Even though I told them I still had them, they yelled at me with a frightening look on their face and took them away. I checked with Trip to see if refills were free, and the next day I had some without hesitation. As mentioned in a previous review, I suspected it might be the same person.
Most of the staff were incredibly helpful. In particular, one female staff member (sorry for the harsh wording), who seemed to be Asian, was particularly considerate and made repeated attentive gestures, making her a true professional. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my stay to the very end. I'm so grateful to her! A hotel is most important for sleeping and eating, so it was disappointing that the room was not large enough for the number of people and that the breakfast was not relaxing. I usually enjoy a leisurely breakfast, so even though it was a wonderful hotel, I felt that the room and breakfast were a waste.
To be honest, I'm not sure if it was worth 180,000 yen for two nights for three people.
It was a very beautiful hotel. Thank you very much.
