The room is very good, with a large bed and three small beds. The soundproofing is not very good. The environment is good but a bit old. The hotel does not have slippers. I can only say that the price-performance ratio is relatively high. The service is also good.

The hotel is in a nice location, near a variety of restaurants and a tube station. Very clean. Great breakfast. Nicely appointed. Would definitely return!

In the past I have stayed at this hotel many a time and I love it. but it would not be to everyone's taste. This is a large, old, stately building of faded grandeur; antiques, old paintings, high ceilinged rooms and creaky floorboards. Rather quirky. The room I had was extremely spacious, quiet and clean and the front of house staff were helpful and polite. It is very well situated to Swiss Cottage tube, so straight into the west end in next to no time.

Staff was very courteous and always completed my requests. Transportation is very convenient, near underground station and several bus lines. Also close to places to eat and shop for groceries. The wallpaper was peeling in spaces. Not really a bother for me, but some might not like. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would stay again in the future.

Arriving at the Swiss Cottage Hotel is like coming home. The staff is welcoming and helpful at all times. The rooms are charming. The public space comfortable. And one block from the Underground.

We enjoyed our stay. The front of house staff were very polite and friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and I slept extremely well despite my health issues. Thankfully the lift took us up to our room. The only stairs I needed to navigate was the ones in and out of the hotel and 2 stairs up and down for the bathroom in the room. My only criticisms are that the cold water tap took ages to get cold and the bedside lights were very bright. The bath shower was great. As was everything else.
Would stay here again.
