The rooms are very small and cramped - especially the bathroom. Furniture and equipment are also very old oraoutdated. The cleaning is ok, but there was no toilet brush in the bathroom and everything was a bit challenging.

For the price, location and services I honestly couldn't complain. I will definitely check this out if I have to come back to London at some point. Staff were also very helpful and polite.

Room was good and location fantastic, however it was very dusty and felt a bit unclean. Also had a bit of smell.

The location is the only good thing. The amenities are very old. There are hairs on the bed. The exhaust fan in the toilet is super noisy. But the staff are quite nice and helpful.

Can’t say that I would recommend this hotel, but it was a bed to sleep in. The location was very nice with a close underground station and a ***** of restaurants on the next block. I travelled with an elderly lady and we were given a basement room that had a step up to the bathroom. Apparently all other rooms were full, though it sure didn’t seem like it. I would stay here by myself, but would not recommend for elderly people.

Got in from a travel and needed to stay in London to attend a function. So it most more of an emergency find. It came in as I needed it and I honestly didn’t expect much. I wanted a place to lay my head for two days that had clean sheets and comfort. I really loved that it was close to the rail station and a high street with lots of shops. Most important, I loved that they had a no smoking policy in the hotel. Because of how busy the area is, there are lots of people around. Overall, a fair place with room for improvement.

Honestly, I have never been on a worse hotel. The toilet was built inside a wardrobe, with no space for an average person to sit. Room also really hot. The hotel itself does not seem very clean but they use aromas and sprays to trick our senses on that. If I would ever need a hotel in London again, I would rather book anything else. The night was £91 and honestly, I wished I had booked an ibis budget or Travelodge to have a better chance of a decent sleep.

Covered all my needs. Very clean, hot shower, great central heating. Appreciated the COVID-safe measures. Smooth check in/out, friendly staff. Older-style hotel but comfortable

The location is good, but the shower was fixed and I couldn't move it myself, which was inconvenient.

The hygiene, facilities, location and services that a general hotel should have are all satisfactory. It is a hotel with at least 3.5 stars and British characteristics. If the requirements are not too high, the price is relatively reasonable and normal. !

The garden is beautiful, the garden is private and cannot be entered. The most distinctive and unforgettable thing about this hotel is the small straight elevator, which says that two people are allowed to take it. My son is young, so the three of us are together. This small elevator is old and reminds me of the elevator in "The Grand Budapest Hotel". This hotel is very good. Within 10 minutes' walk, there is a Chinese restaurant called "Bashu". I ate "Bashu" for two days, and went to another restaurant called "Jianghu" on the third day. It was bigger, but the taste was not good. The breakfast in this hotel is free, but the owner gives you two paper bags containing bread, butter, jam, juice, and yogurt. It is recommended to have one bed per person for family trips. I booked a three-bed room and slept well.
