We had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights. One bonus at this hotel that we found out the room has a microwave and mini fridge, which is super useful if traveling with kids. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at famous landmark like Big Ben, London Eye or Waterloo Station etc.

Great location but the service at the front was so slow and was waiting for just check-in more than 30 minutes. If the hotel can improve only front desk check-in it would be great. Absolutely will be back again. Nice view the big ben just in front of the hotel.

The location is the only reason why you would book this hotel. The guy at the front desk asked for my ID looked at it and confirmed the name on it and still somehow managed to assign me to a room that other people were already in. Open going down to correc this issue, no apology was given and he was very rude insisting that I made the mistake, even though he asked and looked at my ID to confirm my name and reservation.

It's was quite crowded and had to queue for breakfast..room was quite dark but it's quite clean very business hotel you don't feel relax vibes.. because it's crowded but location is good near Waterloo station .

Best hotel in London, real value for money. The room size was very good and location perfect , near to Westminister and other attractions like London Eye, London Bridge, Tower of London. This hotel is highly recommended for 1st ime travellers and tourists. Only downside - can the hotel change the breakfast menu please ? We have been eating the same memu for quite a few days.
