The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel service was excellent. It's super convenient for sightseeing, as Big Ben and other attractions are right outside.

This is the most worthwhile hotel in London! You can see Big Ben from the lobby and enjoy breakfast by the window. The staff were super friendly. We arrived quite early, expecting to just drop off our luggage, but the front desk said a room was already ready, so we were able to check in early. We went out in the morning to photograph Big Ben, and it was so peaceful with no one around – perfect for photos!

I booked this hotel for New Year's Eve, and the room had a beautiful view of the fireworks 🎆. The location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you can see Big Ben~

Great location, but the room decor was a bit dated. The decorative painting on the cabinet was a little creepy. The front desk staff were very friendly. Plus, if you opt out of housekeeping, you get a free bottle of wine, which is a nice touch!

The location is truly excellent. You can see Big Ben from every floor and every angle in the hotel, and many famous attractions are within walking distance. The only downside is the soundproofing. Several times, when my neighbor knocked on their door, I thought they were knocking on mine. Also, the sofa bed is right by the door, so any little noise outside would startle me awake.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel is located at the south end of Westminster Bridge, about a 6-7 minute walk from Waterloo Underground Station. From the room, you can see the London Eye and City Hall. This hotel is perfect for families, as its one-bedroom king suite is approximately 40 square meters and features a separate living/sleeping area. Upon entering, there's a sofa bed, and further inside is the king bed, with separate TVs in both areas. This setup can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, with a bathroom in the middle. It feels spacious even with more people, and there's plenty of room for luggage. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave in the room. Now, for the downsides: Housekeeping service is quite basic; daily cleaning only involves emptying trash, changing towels, and making the bed. They occasionally even forgot to clean. Before check-in, I received an email stating we could get a complimentary bottle of wine if we opted out of housekeeping, but no one offered it proactively when we checked in. The hotel's breakfast is extremely repetitive; not a single dish changes daily, making it very monotonous. It's the same baked beans, sausages, and roasted tomatoes every single day... After an 8-day stay, we were thoroughly fed up with it. However, if you don't eat breakfast there, your options outside are mostly just sandwiches. The hotel does not proactively provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. You have to ask the front desk at check-in or call from your room to request them.

We booked a family suite. The room was quite dark, and staying for four nights made it feel a bit oppressive. Housekeeping cleaned every night, but even with a tip, they never replenished the bottled water. Since we checked in and out via the app, we didn't really experience much in terms of service. Slippers were not proactively provided; you had to request them from the front desk. Overall, it was just okay. The location was decent, but be wary of pickpockets around Big Ben. There's a convenient taxi stand right outside the entrance, and it's within walking distance of Waterloo Station.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by Westminster Bridge. A supermarket and drugstore are just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient for shopping. Waterloo Train Station is also only a 5-minute walk.

One of my favourite hotels in London. Brilliant location for Big Ben, London eye etc. great room and facilities like gym and pool. Great stay

The facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself was very large and spacious. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. Mobile self-check-in is available, so you don't need to go to the front desk. You can also handle check-out on your phone and simply leave. Be aware that it can get quite noisy on weekends. My next-door neighbors were screaming and making a racket all night; they sounded like young people, likely drunk and having a wild party. Also, make sure to lock your door securely and consider propping something against it, as someone tried to open my door by pulling the handle past 5 AM, which was quite alarming.

Perfect view for Bigben. Few mins walk to London eye, Big Ben and public transport.
