The hotel's location was nice and pleasant. Being a 5-minute walk from the metro was a plus. Even the National Express stop for Stansted Airport, both for arrivals and departures, was very close by. While not perfect, the breakfast was good. The rooms were a bit small, but personally, it didn't bother me much. However, the biggest problem for me was the breakfast queue. Since the breakfast area is small, sometimes you had to wait 15-20 minutes to have breakfast.

The small is smaller than expected, definitely it’s not 20m^2 as advertised. Also, the bed is small and it’s quite crowded for couple.  But the room is clean and the breakfast is great

The hotel is not far from Paddington Station. The room was good for the 2 nights. There was always something to eat at breakfast (it was typical English fare). The staff are friendly and helpful. We were satisfied with the hotel.

This is crazy, the room is not as it’s looks like on the image here in trips.com very terrible tight room no space and also the single double bed is very very small more like one single bed. What I book is not what I get

I stayed here before entering the accommodation of my school. Honestly, it was not good for me because the room was small and smell was bad. But staff were very friendly, breakfast was also affordable. I recommend this hotel someone who spend their time outside and just short sleep in the room.
