Extremely disappointing. Rooms are great and food is always good, but service was extremely disappointing.
They couldn't guarantee an early check-in, understandable, so we added one extra night to the booking to ensure room would be ready.
I messaged on the week to reconfirm this, called on the day before arrival, called on my way from the airport.
When arrived, we were told we had to wait for our room to be cleaned? So why did I pay for extra night?
They then gave us a key to a room that was occupied. Frustrating. Staff went downstairs to get correct keys and forgot. After 20 minutes, my luggage is coming but I still don't have the keys to the room.
I asked 4 different employees if the terrace was open, they all said they didn't know and didn't try to find out or anything.
Staff kept using their phones and chatting and we had to grab their attention anytime we wanted to order a drink or food.
They also tried to charge us for a airport car that we waited for and never arrived.
