Great location, close to Oxford Street. However, the food selection was quite limited.

Very helpful doormen, clean rooms, however small sized even relative to other London hotels at similar price level. At check out, the experience wasn't expected from the reception staff. Definitely won't go back to the hotel again.

The hotel location is close to shopping area. Check-in staff was nice and she endeavoured to offer the room type i preferred and invited me to take a shower at spa when the room not available yet.

I went there because of Nobu's reputation as a Japanese restaurant, but I was disappointed! It was very average, slightly better than a typical budget hotel. It didn't live up to Nobu's Michelin star reputation; the service was practically nonexistent. I asked to borrow a phone charger, and they said there was one in the locker, but when I opened it, it cost £25! Haha, they really think they're the hotel of Ang Lee! Don't go there. It's better to stay at the slightly more expensive Rosewood (closer to Nobu), which has a decent location. I immediately moved to the Peninsula! This is my first ever review! I had to write one!
