The hotel was exactly as described. Staff were really friendly. Let me keep my luggage at reception while I had an interview. Would definitely stay again😁

One of the weird things happened with me was my daughter was sick and she vomit on the duvet. As I don't have things to clean with I wrapped the duvet and put it outside the room as it was Christmas day and no cleaners will come. The receptionist he tried to take the duvet and the vomit dripped out on the corridor. He knocked the door asked me to clean the corridor!!!!!!!!! Me as the guest clean for him. I asked him to give me hover and I cleaned and the then he asked me did you clean the duvet? I told him absolutely not take the duvet to the laundry room. This was absolutely disrespectful to me. Otherwise, the location was brilliant! The toilet for the family room was extremely small not convenient at all.

Excellent hotel! The front desk staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and polite; they were always eager to assist with any issues. It was very quiet at night, despite being a connecting room, not noisy at all. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay.

It was easy to find the hotel and transportation links perfect. The size of the room is small but clean. Booked for a family room for 3 adults it came with one double bed and one single bed. We were on the second floor and no lifts so people who book the room have to request for a room in ground or first floor if you have big luggage . Receptionists were good and friendly people .

Poor amenities with dreadful standard would never recommend this place whatsoever

The toilet and shower was broke, water bottle around the entire bathroom area. The tapwater was dirty and muddy. 

The room was really clean and tidy, bedding was clean. Everything in the room was working. Front desk was friendly. Under 5 min walk to paddington station very convenient.

Good budget hotel, just a bit dark when walking up the stairs

If you have big luggage, it’s gonna be not easy work. haha but the room is amazing, employees were very kind. everything was good.

Many stairs , but location is very nice , there also can put down your luggage that very good but only near the reception and the space was super small. Bathroom was clean but very small , the hot and cold water was hard to control the temperature of water when shower, that was a little bit mistake, but acceptable, cus the room temperature is warm enough.

Good location. Close to public transport. Reasonable price but single room is quite small.

wanted to change my booking but they couldn’t.. maybe next time i would book again
