The view outside the window is beautiful and peaceful. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can ask for more towels and toiletries if you run out. The shower room in the bathroom is too small, making it difficult to turn around. The room lighting is too dim. The soundproofing is poor, and footsteps from upstairs can be heard clearly.

Close to kings cross station,very convenient.
The room is tidy and clean, enough space for one or two people. I like there's an open kitchen and with oven, refrigerator , tableware.
Outside the window there is tennis court.

Location is excellent , but for those carry heavy luggage, if you stay on higher floor is very challenging, especially the senior ppl . Room is well equipped with cooking stuff but is a bit small.

there were sufficient kitchen utensils, clean & tidy! however the building has no lift, which is a bit inconvenient to the travellers with luggage.

We were in a top floor room which meant a lot of stairs, the last flight was really narrow. The room was small but clean. The apartment was on a nice quiet cul de sac about 10 mins walk from the train station.

I recently stayed at this UK hotel, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The room was clean and functional, featuring basic cooking facilities including a stove and essential utensils—perfect for preparing simple meals.
The best part was the location—extremely close to a major train station, making my trip to France incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
For a budget-friendly stay with good amenities and excellent transport links, I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return!
