The receptionist was very nice, and the hotel's location is decent, close to Oxford Street, making shopping convenient. However, the room is very close to the street, so you can hear outside noises very, very clearly, and it seems there's construction going on, even though construction doesn't happen during normal sleeping hours. You should think carefully before staying there.

The toilet was outside the room and was incredibly small, below the basic requirements. The room itself was incredibly small, with the bed about 1.8 meters long, but overall it was adequate. The room was cleaned once during our three-night stay.

Absolute disgusting.... Literally one of the worse places ive stayed and such an amazing location, Serves me right staying at a low budget place, for work. Let's get in to it . hopefully this gets a response from the main company who I have emailed and still nothing. 3 weeks later. So as said locations right near Marble Arch/ Oxford rd, and Hyde park , great, Check in .. get a PIN code , didn't get it so had to msg the whatsapp they gave me, Room single room. with own shower and toilet, this is where the issue is. Room super hot, radiator always on, so just hot hot, big bay window opens but closes wont stay open to let fresh air in, blind used for black out crap.. lights right outside the window, so need eye mask and ear buds, kettle , no sugar, no coffee , no tea. nothing also no cup for tea or coffee, just a small water cup used to leave the window open at night, . shower freezing in morning then to hot, toilet if you a big guy no chance, literally u wont fit on the toilet, due to space. tv fair play u can put your you tube on. internet awful, floors creek so u can hear and be be heard by everyone. now the best wow, worse bed ever pics to follow, slept on the flor with mattress, first night bed was broken, fixed next day with wood put over the top, no sorry no nothing, you will look at the pics and thing he going top far, but no im not. I travel a lot and first time had to pick the bottom of there bed up and put against the wall and sleep how I did. what ever you do do not say here, spend the extra.......

Catastrophic hotel. Room 21 was a tiny 10 square meters, with no furniture, nowhere to put your things, a window that wouldn't close, a broken hairdryer, no sink in what's supposed to be a bathroom but just a hand basin (!!!), a temperamental shower with a half-dismantled door, no hooks for towels... and a toilet inaccessible to someone who is even slightly overweight. There was no reception; everything was done by email, so if there was a problem, there was no contact and therefore no solution. Avoid at all costs. Lamentable, deplorable. Shameful considering the prices charged. More like a hovel than a hotel. I've never seen anything like it.

Better than expected after reading some reviews, stayed for 3 nights in June . Location is perfect for Hyde park , Marble arch station is only few mins walk away and easily connected to anywhere else. Check in was only from 3pm as stated as no receptionist before then . Stayed in room 31 its small but was clean and cleaned every day . Water and tea coffee facilities in room. No air-con which was tough when we stayed ,although we did have a fan and a large window with balcony! Our room was by the road which was quite noisy but didn't interfere with our sleep too much !!! Would i stay again YES !!!

Absolutely not worth it - milking tourists for money in less than acceptable conditions. We rented an apartment for 6 nights. Despite a reasonably comfy bed and a great location, there is evidence the place had not been cleaned beyond a quick tidy up. Crumbs from the precious guests, and quite a few insects including cockroaches in the bathroom. We raised with two staff before we checked out and were told they may be able to clean it but weren't sure. Apparently the manager was informed but they didn't care as no one came to clean beyond taking the bins out and changing towels. We did not have an alternative so late to booking and hence did not move out but I wouldn't return.

Perfect for what else wbated for 1 nights stay. The room was clean, the bed was sooo comfy, room was warm but there was a fan and window, only downside to the window was you could see into other room across the way. Great shower although small cubical so not suitable for larger bodied people. Great location and would definitely come back.

My daughter booked this hotel as it was so close to Hyde Park as we were attending a concert there. We were given room 11. It had twin beds, shower cubicle and toilet. We slept well and the beds were comfy. We did not hear any noise from the road etc. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a hairdryer and fan and bottled water. Yes the room is compact, yes it is a little dated but we just wanted somewhere clean and safe for one night. Reception staff were friendly. Really can’t complain.

A real pity because the way it has been finished as you enter the reception promises more. Under the surface however it is a below average budget hotel. I had room 10 in the basement, TV had power but no aerial cable so couldn’t use that. The window had a broken pane of glass so gives a lovely cold breeze all night and the blind lets lots of light in either side of it. Clean and tidy room - beware of the shower though, even on its hottest setting (and having left it to run for a few minutes) the water is only lukewarm.

small but comfortable room, comfortable bed, the only flaw was the cleanliness... really POOR. Also they don't change the towels every day. We had to go and ask and they responded a little annoyed... Otherwise, a quiet hotel and a quiet area. The excellent location close to Marble Arch station (5/10 min)
