Just a few mins walk to Paddington Station. Tiny room, one of the smallest I've ever seen. Breakfast was basic but the croissants were nice.

Was fine for the price, little dated but that’s personal preference - staff very friendly

Very standard, small and average room but provided what it advertised. Main positive is closeness to Paddington Station. Was placed in room on top floor and if I had had luggage it would have been a very unpleasant experience having to carrying it up 4 very narrow stairs cases ie there is no lift!!! If you book ask for a lower floor! Clean and tidy. Would I stay again? highly unlikely unless needed the closeness to the Heathrow Express.

Staff were friendly, room was old and small but worth the price for the location.

Stairs are small and there are no elevators. Building looks old, breakfast was small but fine. The room was very cold because radiator didn’t work but they fixed it as soon as I asked. Old water pressure which was annoying.

Room really nice,there are three beds in our room. And reception gave two disposable slippers to us. Breakfast was really nice😍 a great variety of food. 👍🏻 The rooms are clean, the location is good and there are lots of restaurants around.

I booked this hotel mainly because of its location - very near to paddington station and having lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to be given a room on the ground floor which was great as I had a heavy suitcase. The room was compact but enough for me (a big guy) and it was cleaned each day to a good standard. The only slight negative was that my room was next to the stairs down to the breakfast room so was a little noisy in the morning, also you can hear the rumble of the underground train passing by every 5 minutes or so. Even so I would recommend this hotel and would be my choice next time I am in London

Perfect Location! Just 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. Room was clean and tidy with expected small size. Only stairs in the hotel so no suitable for bringing large size luggage. No telephone in the room so you have to walk down to the front desk for any room service. No Air Conditioner in the room and the window can only opened with a small gap!!!! It was so hot during the night in Summer!!!

Great Location. We are on the top floor, the sound insulation is not good. The fridge makes a bit of noise in the middle of the night, such as water dripping. There is shower gel and hand wash. The kettle was nice and clean.

Too small for family. Just enough for couple or lone traveller.

Nice hotel. Single room was small but fine for the price. It was surprisingly and welcomely quiet for such a central location on New Year’s Eve! The continental breakfast included in the price was very good with wide variety. You can upgrade to a full English for £3 which is cheap but no need with the plentiful continental!

Located near to railway station, very positve and nice garden in front, located near to hyde park, just walkable. Food was good, but almost same every day.. but cool. No lift and room heaters were not working, too cold inside the room, when asked, only below 10 degree, the heaters will work, but not woring even at 5 degrees. struggled a lot.
