Unbeatable location for a fast emergency check in Smart Hyde Park Inn Hostel is a reasonable, just-okay option if you need a quick place to crash. The location is by far the standout feature extremely central and ideal if you need to check in somewhere immediately without extra travel. Service and rooms were just average and adequate for a short emergency stay, but it’s likely not a venue we would book on a frequent basis.

I stayed here during my solo trip, and I’m so happy I chose this hostel! Its location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of the city. Thanks to that, I was able to visit all of London’s top attractions in just two days, and everything was within easy reach. The hostel was a great base for exploring the city, especially as a solo traveler. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London!

Great hostel with ideal location in London! Steps from two key metro stations, Hyde park and food options. It also offers picnic tables out front for an outdoor common space! The room itself was clean and the staff provide you with fresh sheets and pillow covers so you know they’ve been washed, upon check out you remove the covers and bring them to reception for washing. They also have lockers for luggage storage but you unfortunately have to pay £5 for the day.

Super clean hostel in a fantastic, central location. They offer a great breakfast for an extra £6.50, which was totally worth it. I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Smart Hyde Park Inn Hostel for one night yesterday in a 4-bed room. I had the upper bunk, which was comfortable enough for a short stay. The room was decent overall, though it wasn’t en-suite, but the shared facilities were manageable. The continental breakfast was simple and a nice addition to start the day. Overall, a good budget-friendly option in a great location—ideal for a short and practical stay.

Very good customer service and highly efficient reception team. Very good location in the high brow area of London. Amenities are kept very clean and well-managed. I forgot my laptop in the lobby after checking out, taking only the laptop charger. I had already reached Manchester when I noticed it wasn't in my laptop bag. I called the reception and they assured me that the laptop was found and kept in a safe place for me. Four days later, I came back to the hostel and picked up my laptop after they confirmed it was mine. This cannot happen in many hostels and budget stays in a big city like London. It's a big plus for them. I fully recommend staying in this hostel to anyone looking for such a clean and well-managed budget accommodation in London.
