Craven Hotel

Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much.

We have an ensuite. The bathroom in the room is very small. But the location is OK.

Excellent hotel very close to Hyde Park. The hotel is very close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations and night buses so you can get to and from the hotel very easily. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly

very bad exprience the matters was not good it was total spring when ibwas laid i feel was in deep hole. And bed was not clen and hair spread on the bed. after wakeup i felt my back is hurting. very bad exprience

The hotel room was far too hot and no fans were provided even though we were in the middle of a heatwave. The bathroom was tiny and the fridge was dirty and not working

No towels No hot water Toilet seat broken No hand soap just sachet of shampoo The space between sink and shower was tiny you could get stuck The shower screen didn’t open for a whole Remote not working Window dosent stay open Blind dosent pull down and no curtains No coffee facilities or hair dryer as advertised I’ve stayed in near by hotels for the same price and better facilities The reception person came and fixed water, gave me a towel and kept window open and that’s it Photo of how the hotel is advertised attached on booking with kettle

Good location, but truly poorly managed with hardly maintenance Noisy with paper-thin walls one can hear everything Dirty stinky  carpel No tea or coffee. Not even plastic cups for water Lift not working  Junk in corridors.

Very outdated and tired room, luggage storage only available for a high fee. However, staff were very nice and tried to help.

Ok for a short stay. Close to Hyde Park. Cafes and restaurants on the same street.
