My stay at the Prince Regien Hotel in London was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to London’s major attractions, shopping, and dining. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with delicious cuisine and excellent service. Overall, the Prince Regien Hotel exceeded my expectations, providing a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Everything about the trip was amazing, the location was perfect and easy to find and hotel itself was beautiful and clean.

The staff was friendly, however I personally did not feel too safe walking in the neighbourhood as a female solo traveler. Heating was slightly poor, but with the blanket was fine. Noise cancelling wasn’t great as well - could hear noise from the hallway or the street. Sockets worked for a while but stopped charging my devices eventually.

Great location for excel arena, clean room, friendly staff, good price, would stay again.

Service was good … BUT … - heating is very very poor; not able to sleep properly because it was super cold; I tried adjusting the radiator but no luck - floor is carpeted and very cold as well and looks filthy (I am sorry I have to be honest) - the man from the reception entered my room to guide me but he did not remove his shoes next to the door - meaning the germs from his sole are now in my room’s caroet - no slippers - kettle has water in it; not sure if the cleaners forgot to wash and clean it - no restaurants nearby; kebap place only accepts cash I do not recommend this hotel at all and big mistake booking at this hotel. I paid 150+ GBP where I could have spent it somewhere else. I am not sure even if this is hotel at all. It looks like a house converted to bed and breakfast rooms.

Perfect budget hotel to stay in this area. Stayed in a single room, even though the room was very small similar to other London hotels, it was neat and clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The walk to the metro was about 15 minutes away. The breakfast was very tasty and affordable.

Had great stay, the room very clean and smell nice, good location and clse to motorway , the reciption staff are thr best i seen they are very respect and helpfaul, good and safe car park. Thank you guys will see you soon

The hotel was impeccable. Its location is very convenient and it only takes around 30 minutes to anywhere near the city centre. The staff was very friendly and the daily supplies of fresh fruits was a great highlight. Housekeeping deliver their job well and I dare say Prince Regent Hotel EXCEL LONDON will be at the top of my list the next time I travel to London. Thanks, guys! You guys are awesome!

it was extraordinary

A very new hotel with clean rooms. The staff were excellent. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's very close to the Thames, offering some of the best unobstructed sunset views in London. A great value for money hotel. Highly recommended!
