Z Hotel Victoria was amazing!! The location is really so convenient. And the staff are really the best. We had nowhere to go during Christmas and were afraid that our train will be cancelled. They actually held on the room for us and they were so incredibly warm & sweet!! Especially the girl that looks like Barbie. (Margot Robbie) Will definitely book this hotel again if I’m back in London! :)

Location is great!! 3 mins walk to Victoria tube station. Room size is very small and can’t find a place to open my hand-carry luggage. Staffs are very helpful. Overall is fine for a short weekend stay.

Very bad hotel, never comment on the hotel, it's really bad. Booked with a window, given the windowless. I had to stay here several times in April and found a friendly/ relaxed environment where the staff always went the extra mile ti make sure your stay was perfect. And the manager I came across (Laresa) she was the cherry on the cake. As gave off a warm glow when greeting you or helping you out during day. Which made main area so nice and relaxing place to be around. So it’s a 5/5 rating all day long. Thank you for all your help. James

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Everyone was super nice and helpful! The hotel was clean and cozy, and if you are aware of the room size you will find it really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel, the location is top notch and the service was amazing!

Clean rooms and friendly staff! Convenient location. Very close to Victoria Train Station. Lovely neighborhood. Budget friendly. Highly recommended. Consider booking with Z Hotel on your visit to London. Worth it 👍🏼

Room was dirty and cold. Some actual safety hazards (broken shower cabin with sharp glass shards and scalding hot tap water). Important papers “disappeared” from my room. Staff were very friendly when I filed a complaint, but the I never heard from them again. Thus I later repeated my complaint via email, but again the was no reaction at all.

Perfect hotel if youre planning to go around the city using public transpo as it is nearby train and bus station but be aware that all the rooms are small that can only accomodate one person.. dont even have enough space to put my big luggage and backpack otherwise everything is clean and friendly staff.
