This hotel is awesome. The location is very close to Canary Wharf and the surrounding environment is quite.

Small room apart from that all.ok

Stay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day. I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.

The room is quite nice. The reception attitude is very good. They are also very helpful in helping with takeout at night. If there are any problems, they will be dealt with promptly. From the sky view room, you can see the reflected KPMG. Hahaha. I’m still working late at night.

Hygienic and clean, high-end and tasteful decoration, good service

Our whole stay here was fabulous. Amazing quiet room and the bedt breakfast with so much choice. Also enjoyed sauna and steam room for a chill out.

Beautiful room, well finished and furnished and super comfortable. Easy access to O2 and Canary Wharf, station only a 2 minute walk

Our 1st impressions of the Hotel was that it was nice and clean and our room was lovely, this changed when we could here a noise that sounded like water running, we called reception to ask if we could change rooms, the lovely lady that did come to the room, said that there was nothing that could be done. So we had to put up with the awful noise all night! When we checked out, we mentioned it again to the guy and asked to speak to a manager and was told that a manager wasn’t available, but would give us a call later that evening, they they never called us back!

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great links to DLR and Canary Wharf- would love to stay again.

We only stayed for one night to go to a concert at the O2. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, both when we checked in and when we left. Our room was lovely and clean, and even though we were on the first floor we heard no noise either from outside or within the hotel. We used the tube to get to the O2, and it took about half an hour including the walk to the station, which is only five minutes from the hotel. Even on the return journey it wasn't too bad, once we managed to get into the station.

Would have given 5 stars for the actual hotel as it’s beautiful and tasteful but it is slap in the middle of a dodgy area in Tower Hamlets on a street lined with Palestinian flags! Also we paid £10 each for continental breakfast that had barely any fresh fruit, just a few slices of cheese and loads of basic bread (not artisan) and croissants. We didn’t think it represented good value and frankly let the hotel down based on the quality of other aspects of the hotel. However they refused to provide any sort of refund or reduction on the breakfast cost which is a real shame because we probably would have retuned as an overnight base for our regular visits to Boisdale despite the dodgy area it is in.

Amazing hotel. Lovely clean rooms and they also smell awesome. Tucked away in the corner and rooms are luxurious. Simply class imo.
