This hotel is great, highly recommended! The location is fantastic, just over a hundred meters from the subway exit, and very close to Big Ben – a five to six-minute walk to the Thames River, with Big Ben right across. The National Gallery and British Museum are also just a 10-15 minute bus or subway ride away. What's more, the neighborhood feels safe, even at night. You need to swipe your card to enter the hotel after 8 PM, which provides a lot of peace of mind. Right outside the hotel, there's a coffee shop where you can grab coffee and pastries. Next door, there's a small supermarket where you can buy water, groceries, and meat to cook back at the hotel. The room comes equipped with an induction hob, range hood, dishwasher, and microwave, so you can cook your own meals, which saves a lot of money in the UK. There are also public washing machines and tumble dryers on the second basement floor. Laundry detergent costs £1.50, and the dryer is £6, so it's a good idea to bring your own laundry pods. Being able to do laundry on a long trip is such a luxury; you can pack so many fewer clothes. The room itself is quite spacious; opening two suitcases flat is no problem at all. The only thing that needs improvement is the water pressure in the shower – it's quite weak, making for an unsatisfactory shower experience. Also, check-in isn't until 3 PM, but you can store your luggage for free if you arrive early. Hotels in the UK don't clean every day; this hotel only cleaned on the third day of my stay, and bottled water isn't provided. Aside from these minor points, everything else is perfectly fine, and it offers excellent value for money!

We arrived early but we were told to come back for check in procedure after 3pm. Baggage could be kept. No staff is stationed at the storage room, some other guests and us spent some time to wait. The hotel is close to Waterloo and Lambeth north stations. Walking to Lambeth north more easy. Room was clean in general except bed sheets and towels were quite wore out. The room having a kitchen was a plus, however, seem cleaners forget there was an extractor hood to clean, many notable dust.

Extremely satisfied! The room was quite spacious, and self check-in was a breeze. The location is fantastic, very close to Big Ben, within walking distance. There's a subway station nearby and Waterloo train station, making transportation very convenient. You can also catch a bus to the West End, which is handy for catching shows. After moving here from the Hilton DoubleTree near Tower Bridge, this place is a huge improvement! Plus, you can cook your own meals, and there are shops downstairs for groceries. The bathroom is also good.

The hotel is very close to Big Ben, just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a convenience store downstairs, which is great for buying things. The most memorable part was when I was smoking outside the hotel and threw my cigarette butt into an area where everyone else was also discarding theirs. An enforcement officer saw me and issued a fine of £250. A white lady who worked at the hotel saved me from this, though I forgot to ask her name. I'm very grateful to her.

The location is very convenient, the decor is quite new, and it's very clean. The service is excellent, and breakfast offers a good variety. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for their fantastic service – they were so enthusiastic and always smiling. Thumbs up! 👍

This hotel deserves a big thumbs up! It's super convenient, especially since we drove – there's parking nearby, and plenty of supermarkets around. We could easily walk to the London Eye, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. The best part was definitely being able to cook. We booked an accessible deluxe suite with a kitchen, and it was really spacious. This trip to the UK was mainly to visit our kids, and we ended up making dinner three times in three days. One day, my child was busy with a presentation and even cooked a steak for themselves in the room. If we come back next year with friends, we're definitely staying here again!

Overall, quite a good hotel, near 2 train stations & easy assess to city & shopping Just the shower screen is not a full one & will wet the external floor when showering Housekeeping is not attentive & didn’t replenish toiletries when depleted We have to communicate requirements via WhatsApp & not call reception or housekeeping which is a little inconvenient as have to wait for someone to read the message
