Arran House Hotel

Our room number is 11. It is on the top floor, which is very hot. There is a fan but it does not help much. We have to open the window but it is very loud. We could not sleep. The  bathroom is super small. You cannot imagine how small it is. But we can use the public bathroom. The building is old. Breakfast is good and the staff are nice, friendly. Although some limitation, but i think it is acceptable because you cannot find any place with this price in the very good location like this in the expensive city like London. As a budget traveler, i am satisfied.

My sister and I stayed in the deluxe double room last weekend (2 nights). We were impressed with the room and its facilities. The bathroom was also nice but there was a bad smell when we arrived. I'm not sure if this is the drainage system in London? The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good with a variety of options (bread, cereal, pastries, fruits etc). The downside to the breakfast was that it was in a small room. Conveniently located, I would recommend a stay in the hotel.

Really helpful, kind receptionist the room was spacious and tidy. The breakfast was good. It was so close to Euston Station. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

my two teenage daughters and I stayed in a family room for 2 nights. The ensuite was tiny. We contacted guest services because the toilet wasn't flushing properly and blocked. they fixed the blockage but it still wasn't flushing properly. there was a fridge in the room but it didn't work and although we mentioned this it was never fixed. Although there were sockets in the room they were all on one side of the room. There was no bin in the bathroom for any sanitary products. Breakfast was ok but the room isn't very big.

I arrived early and was arranged early check-in as soon as the room became available, received a room on the ground floor, recently updated as pictured. Front staff was gentle and humorous; room was clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to the British Museum.

The bathroom was extremely small with unstable water pressure. It was barely usable. The room was ok but they could add a bit more electric plugs

Cute little room. Breakfast was good and enough. The room could be cleaner. Overall a good stay.
