Good location. No elevator. The non-smoking room was great. Small room but warm.

I really hope someone sees these reviews first before booking and dont be stupid like me. I'll be honest with you, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Its not a hotel but a trap den. This is the place you come when you want to get bed bugs, blood stains all over the place and thats coming from a person that works in the medical industry and i know a blood stain when i see one. The photos will show more. We stayed in the Executive room, which has a window by the way but behind the window is a brick/wood wall. No actual sight of outside. Like why did you put a window there then.

Excellent budget hotel. A bargain considering its location! And very quiet, a good night's sleep.

The location is great. It’s somewhat clean, little old and outdated and a little grubby. The front desk guy was a little rude.

Terrible, absolutely filthy. The service was awful. There was no duvet, just a dirty blanket. They even tried to charge extra. The room had no ventilation and was not soundproof at all; it was incredibly noisy at night, you could hear everything from the street perfectly clear.

The facilities are quite old and there’s no AC. The location is quite new though. Very convenient.

Great location, but the room was dirty. No housekeeping service, and if there's no one at the reception, you can't even get into the hotel. The bathroom was mediocre, dirty, and full of mold. The bed just felt like a cover-up for the poor conditions. I do not recommend this place.

The place doesn't look like the pictures. Super tiny. Furthermore, we couldn't close the Room's door because it was broken (and they knew it).

Staying here was a real pleasure. The location, just steps from King's Cross Station and the bus stops, made getting around a breeze. My room felt cozy and inviting, though the bathroom on my floor was a bit snug. All in all, I would happily return.

Took a while before receptionist came back from break but otherwise the stay was okay.

Location is good but average amenities - old building so building is run down- room and toilet door lock were broken, stairs were narrow. NO LIFT coz old building so it’s a harrowing experience
