It was a pleasant stay. Location was good as it was walking distance to Earl’s Court Tube Station. So, its easily accessible to various tourists location .Hotels staff were friendly and helped to keep luggage as I had a night flight. The rooms were cleaned and looked new.

We stayed in a premiere plus room, which I couldn’t tell the difference from a standard room…? Our beds were comfy and fine but my baby was not given a mattress to go with the travel cot provided because of “some law”. It was hard as a rock as it was the just the base of the cot. We were also told “plus” rooms don’t allow cots but that they will allow it, which was not our error in booking the room. We were given blankets instead. Worst of all my baby had bug bits all over him - they must have stored this cot in some dodgy place. Never staying there again. To top all this my baby had to have surgery at Cromwell hospital which didn’t help us mentally at all. Place doesn’t even deserve a rating

This hotel is ideally situated for easy access to Knightsbridge, the royal Albert hall, museums and Hyde park.

Chose this Premier Inn due to its proximity to the Royal Albert Hall (20 min walk) and the fact that you generally get good value for money at Premier Inn. Didn't have chance to use the resteraunt but room was good and staff were friendly.

We stayed here for one night and had a great time. The check in was painless using their check in machine, with reception staff at hand for any help needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed and drinkable tap water. The hotel's location was convenient for Earl's Court Station, as well as restaurants and cafes. It was within easy walking distance of the museums which was ideal. The layout of the hotel was strange, having to go up to floor 2 and then walk to a different lift to go up to our part of floor 4. But it was all accessible by lift so we didn't find this too inconvenient. The WiFi was a bit slow but could be upgraded to a faster package if needed. We didn't need this as we only stayed one night, but this may have been more of an issue on a longer stay.

The full English breakfast was excellent, the restaurant service elegant and helpful, especially Svetlana made our stay positive and feel at home.Thank you.

Svetlana at Premier Inn Earl's court was very professional in her approach to serving breakfast. The staff at the inn where always ready to assist even when I had to move out for a day to s nearby hotel they were very graceful
