Tribe London Canary Wharf

London was just a layover, so I stayed for one night. The location is good, and you can catch a glimpse of the river from the room. A special mention goes to the breakfast; although a bit pricey (HKD 180), it's definitely a luxurious breakfast by UK standards. Don't miss it!

I specifically chose this hotel with air conditioning to escape the London heat. It was a bit pricier than my last stay, and the room wasn't huge, but being able to watch the World Cup in a cool room with AC was already a huge plus.

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. The area is the financial district, so it feels quite safe. You can walk to the Museum of London Docklands in about 15 minutes. For directions, it's best to exit at the Jubilee station, look for a red noodle sculpture, then turn left, cross the bridge, and you'll see the famous whale sculpture. The hotel entrance and sign are both quite small, so keep an eye out for them.

The room was a decent size. The shower felt a bit basic, but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Overall, it's great value for money. The only minor inconvenience is that parking is in a different building, about a 2-minute walk away. There are several restaurants downstairs. I'd consider staying here again!
