Ibis Styles properties in London

Everything was already said in reviews from previous travellers. I took Piccadilly line to Heathrow Airport then number 111 bus to hotel - 3 stops and dropped right outside. I was put in the annex as I’d asked for a quiet room - Bath Rd likely to be busy/noisy. Wanted to eat an evening meal but didn’t want to go out for food. Hotel had a very good selection of hot meals at average prices. In summary this is an ideal stay over for a night close to T2/T3.

Lovely place! I stayed for one day but could easily see this being an ideal stay for longer, everything was great, felt safe!

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

Very satisfied, the breakfast is rich, the room is quiet, the mattress is moderately soft and firm, and the air conditioner works well. This hotel is a good accommodation experience. The front desk clerk is also very friendly,
