Booked the hotel for an event at the Royal Albert Hall, which was just a 12 minute taxi journey away. Check-in was smooth and the common areas really well presented. The room itself was great, the biggest and comfiest bed I've ever slept in! Also impressed with the bathroom having a bath rather than just a shower, and the toiletries provided were really nice too. Overall great stay.

A convenient location hotel for travellers taking the trains to other parts of United Kingdom at the Paddington Station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel only offers minimum services and the room is very small.

It was my family trip to London city. First day the trainee at the reception is not so well to assist us on check in. She arrange 3 rooms with 3 different floor. And that is very limit parking with 35gdp per night. I have booked 3 rooms but 1 of the double bed room is super tiny and the bathroom very small as well. You can’t even open up a luggage. It make me so angry to contact trips.com Cs to make a complaint. Cause I pay the same price to get the different room. After next day, the reception has settle the issue but it take a time and delay my trip schedule. It’s not a good feel during the travel.

We arrived to check in at midnight but was told that Trip.com overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms for us. Transferred us to their neighbour Hotel Indigo. Waiting time was extremely long and tiring with no reassurances or updates from the manager on duty. We had to approach other staff to find a solution for us. Finally they put us up in a 2 Singles room supposedly for wheelchair access (we booked King bed). Great coffee machine and room slippers provided. Close proximity 2mins to Paddington station.
