Location is perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Easy access to everywhere with bus and underground station just a few mins walk away. There is a huge Tesco Superstore just within 2 mins on foot. The room is spacious compared to other hotel in London. It comes with kitchenette, simple cooking is more than enough. The hotel provide room cleaning everyday, and breakfast is provided daily with the same selection. Overall i would say it’s a great choice if you are looking for spacious room with reasonable price.

The hotel service was decent, but there are a few things to note: 1. No drinking water is provided in the room; you have to get it from the water dispenser on the G floor. 2. The hotel Wi-Fi was spotty. 3. If your room type includes a kitchen, the pots and pans are in the drawer under the oven. 4. If the bed makes creaking noises, it's likely due to friction between the bed frame and the headboard; just ask the hotel to adjust it. 5. Be sure to check for exposed metal on the mattress, as there's a risk of cuts.

Hotel location is ok, there are convenience stores nearby, you need to take subway and bus to travel, walk to attractions or shopping malls too far. The room has kitchen utensils such as oven, induction cooker, pot, tableware, etc. It is convenient to cook things by yourself.
