First and foremost, the service here is excellent. From the moment you check in, they go above and beyond to meet every customer's request. However, because it's so popular, if there's a rush of guests, check-in/out or other special requests might be limited. The facilities are also very clean, and the cooking amenities are well-equipped, which is a huge plus, allowing you to easily prepare a meal in expensive London. As for the location, it takes a bit of a walk from Earl's Court Station, which is frequently used, but Earl's Court itself has very convenient transportation, and there are several bus stops around the hotel with various routes, making it easy to access city attractions. The fact that breakfast is provided is also a big advantage for travelers.

The location is a 10-15 min walk from London bridge station. My studio was a bit worn down though it did have all the kitchen essentials for a long stay. The breakfast was excellent with the usual variety.

Hotel location is ok, there are convenience stores nearby, you need to take subway and bus to travel, walk to attractions or shopping malls too far. The room has kitchen utensils such as oven, induction cooker, pot, tableware, etc. It is convenient to cook things by yourself.
