booked an accessible room as i had read the reviews prior. the reviews said that the standard rooms are tiny. as i booked the accessible room, i wouldn’t expect for my feet to still be hitting the wall when laying on the bed!! i’m not exactly a giant either. we also couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so we would wake up sweating every morning, walk into the room and it would feel like a desert. the walls seem to be paper thin as we would hear people talking as they walk past our door, or banging on the ceiling from the floors above us. enough negativity, great location, tube station literally just around the corner. super easy to get into central london. staff were lovely and attentive and approachable. i would definitely stay here again, despite some issues. if you’re looking for a cheap and affordable place to stay that’s close enough to get into london then this place is ideal.
