The views from the Tower Bridge room were absolutely stunning; the hotel's overall ambiance exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was decent, with no major oversights. The facilities were standard—not super modern, but perfectly adequate for basic needs. The staff were friendly, responsive, and patient when I had questions. It was a good experience for a solo traveler, especially recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the Tower Bridge scenery.
Unfortunately a poor stay. Used manual check in, took a while to check in. Asked for a room on the ground floor and given the furthest away room. Booked a twin room and given a double bed.
No plug in the bathroom sink. To top it all off, a restless sleep and hearing people chatting in the corridor.

Located at the shopping area... selfridges, M&S, Primark and many more. Counter staff were helpful... a blonde lady was very sincere and kind to do a lot without asking. Hotel is a bit used with only one escalator going up and I pity those walk down the long stairs everyday. Yes, they have a elevator tug at the back for the luggage but... anyway, the hotel attracted lots of Arabs in a big groups and i saw people come in for corporate events. Its a very busy hotel and crowded.
The room is about 18 square meters, which is quite spacious for London, and easily accommodates two large suitcases. The location is convenient, close to the subway station. There are also many restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are right downstairs, making for a very comfortable stay.
I had low expectations initially, but after staying for three nights, I absolutely loved it!
First off, the location is fantastic. It's super convenient for getting to attractions and catching a show in the evening. Both Piccadilly Circus and Charing Cross, two frequently used tube stations, are just a short walk away.
Secondly, it felt very safe. The hotel was fully booked during my stay, but it was surprisingly quiet.
The room was also very clean with no strange odors, and it was bigger than I expected given my initial low expectations.
The shower water pressure was excellent, and you could adjust the temperature easily.
The toilet flush pressure was a bit quirky, but once I tried it a few times and figured out the knack, it was fine.
The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, so I had to turn it off when sleeping. Luckily, the weather currently allows for that, haha.

Lovely, central hotel within easy walk of central London. Lovely buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Bedrooms comfortable and perfect as a base. My only criticism would be the very strong smelling air fresher used in the entrance/reception area which was too strong and synthetic smelling.
Hotel is located at SOHO of London with many shooters nearby, such as Primark, Sainsbury's, MacDonald, Burger king and etc. If you make your choice with breakfast at hotel, it is a fantastic English breakfast with full variety of tea, drinks and fruits. I would strongly recommend to include the breakfast in your hotel booking as it is very worthy when you have your breakfast outside.
