hotel location is good, the room is clean. my stay in the hotel is enjoyable and the staff is super friendly and accommodating I stay would be more pleasant if California hotels include disposable slippers in their amenities. I like it there

Great stay & friendly staff, I’d book again. Clean room, facilities & everything worked. The fan part of the AC/heat machine made a weird noise, but it was constant so I grew accustomed to it. Sheets were cotton & plenty of bath linens.

Loved the fridge and the microwave that came with the room. The only thing that was an issue was the shower water kept coming out. Yet loved the stay and I would come again if the rates were as cheap as this time. The parking was right outside and I did not have to pay. I would have liked more toilet paper but overall the cost and room was alright for the price.

There was no coffee in the room and when we asked if we could have coffee from the lobby they said as early as you want as long as it’s after 8 AM. The bed was squeaky. The area was sketchy.

The room was clean, I would recommend it for going to sleep and rest up after an all day conference in Long Beach. Stayed two nights and heard an explosion like sound two nights in a row. Not sure what that was but good for the price and distance convenience.

This is a typical 1950s run down bldg next to a very loud car wash and a very loud & busy street. Saw 2 roaches. Killed one, but everything else was clean. No hair dryer. Asked for one but none was delivered. It was okay for a one nighter.

The door to the bathroom couldn't close but everything else was working normally, everything was mostly clean but there was a little stain on the pillow and one of the towels but it was no big problem to me also it was very comfortable in the bed. I would recommend staying here to a friend.

The stay at this property was very underwhelming. There is no night manger. During my stay the occupants in the room right next to ours were up all night taping and moving boxes and being very loud. They looked like Crack Heads. There was also a trespassing incident in which I informed the sleeping Night Manager about, and they said they would call the cops. The noise continued all the way into the overnight hours. No police ever showed up. These trespassing people were very obnoxious and loud carless and rude.There is also no one available until 8am for the front office. I wanted to get coffee and needed more towels because of the poorly stocked room. This place is very outdated ,dirty there were chocolate candy balls in the nightstand drawer. Bags of trash left on the top of the stairs by house keeping for hours. This property needs a face lift. There are druggies and cracks heads who stay up all hours of the night. There is a No Smoking sign on the property but these inhumane people smoke any and everywhere.There is also mold on the bathroom window seal which is the only source of ventilation because there is no exhaust fan. This place needs to be torn down. This is on my list as one of the worst places we have ever laid our heads. Horrible incompetent human beings. The occupants all the way to the management.

The property is clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi but without amenities as coffee maker or drinking water. There's free coffee at the office though but you have to buy water. The staff are polite, nice and friendly though. Provided us with extra blankets as requested. They even drove us to the port for our cruise for a relatively low cost. Would definitely recommend to friends and family 😊
