Very nice and the location is extremely good which is just connected with terminal 4 and can be reached on foot. A very happy stay at Premier Inn Hotel.

I had a long layover with a fractured foot, so I booked this room. Room was clean, soft bed and pillows. However no toothbrushes, slippers or bottled water. The hotel is really close to Terminal 4. Not convenient as I was flying from Terminal 5, but convenient enough that it's accessible via the airport. I had to call twice for more tea overnight, however a staff member in the morning helped me get wheelchair assistance from the airport when the scheduled pick up didn't happen. Overall, still pricey I think for what it's worth.

Convenient for the person who has early or late night flight in Heathrow terminal 4 airport. Walking distance to the hotel.

Convenient location, especially good for overnight transit or early morning flight traveller. Easy to access to Terminal 4 and transit to other terminals. Room is clean and tidy. Recommended

It was a decent stay with all the amenities in the hotel. The best part about the hotel was the location, it is very close to Airport ( you can just hop on the london bus ).

There are no bottled water available and the reception doesn’t pick up the calls for ordering food.

Level easy covered walk from Terminal 4 Heathrow. Quick check in with friendly helpful staff. Good a**osphere in public areas for single female traveller.

Standard travel hotel for the heathrow, the only problem was the terrible internet which was borderline unusable.

Checking into the Premier was easy. I walked down a corridor leading to the hotel area, found the Premier and met some nice folks who checked my reservation. However, I was a little surprised by the room. It me a minute to realize that 1) it was not what I ordered, and 2) the room adjacent to it was the room that I did order (a maid was working in there). The room I was in was for a person with a wheelchair handicap. But I was too tired to bother the staff regarding it, and kept the room. The wifi in that room was horrific - it kept going in and out repeatedly. The hotel's restaurant was both hit and miss. Some of the meals I ordered from there were spectacular. But I was disappointed by its version of fish and chips. The fish was severely overcooked, and the fries were cold. But I'd still eat there. Having a Costa Coffee in the place was a plus! They did provide some delicious drinks as well as an array or pre made sandwiches and cakes. A little pricey, but worth it. I did re-book, and in the process, was placed in a seventh floor room that included a refrigerator and access to the Premier Hotel's paid wifi. That wifi was admittedly better, but it was also a bit of a chore, having to input new access codes for each day I was there. But the room was definitely a step up from the other room. The staff there were very friendly, but there was one situation that almost made me miss my flight. I had an early flight to Germany, and had to go to another terminal. Unfortunately, whatever paid shuttle they had to take you from one terminal (I was in the Premier Inn Heathrow Airport - Terminal 4. My next flight was in Terminal 5) to another. I asked about catching it, and when I went to the waiting area, I never saw it. But I caught the free Airport shuttle and eventually got there. Overall, I would stay there again.

The dinner and breakfast package was enjoyable and convenient. Service was great and the front desk was helpful when I had phone issues. The room was clean and I had a pleasant stay.

Comfortable room, close to airport. There was a walkway to enter hotel from airport terminal, so I felt safe walking there as a solo female.
