Very convenient and affordable option for people have to travel very early flight in LHR T4. Link bridge all the way to terminal, and even like we were travelling from nearby township with Bus, you can drop off at nearby bus stop easily. The room is okay. But cleanliness wise can be improved. The mattress obviously has been using for a long time as we felt it was sinking one side. Check-in was self-served. If you booked via trip.com, you must ask hotel staff to assist. Checkout simply just drop the card at the box before u heading to Terminal 4.

Very clean and tidy. There's a skybridge directly connecting the hotel from the Departure level of T4. The breakfast selection was also excellent.

Coming back from London, my daughter dropped me off. Since my flight was at 10 PM, and I was worried about her being out too late, I booked a single room inside Heathrow Terminal 4. The room exceeded my expectations; it wasn't cramped at all and felt spacious. The bathroom even had a bathtub. You needed a key card to access the floor, which made me feel safe and secure. The hotel is directly connected to the terminal by a walkway, so no need to go outside – very convenient. There's also a subway that connects to Terminals 2, 3, and 5. The hotel breakfast was a full English. For an overnight layover or a late-night flight, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Check in and Check out process is super efficient. The staff was very attentive. Spacious room.  Perfect location. 10mins walk directly connected to Terminal 4 Heathrow. Very convenient for me as i need to catch up my early flight.  Definitely return in future.

A bridge connect the airport with the hotel. Good for flight arrive during night time without much hassel travelling to the city draging along the luggage.

The hotel is within walking distance from the airport, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is abundant, and the service is warm and attentive. It's perfect for layovers or for resting after a late arrival. It's very quiet and not noisy at all.

The hotel is located near the airport. After seeing my family off at the airport, I stayed nearby. The value for money is just too good!

The accessibility facilities are excellent, and it's impressive that the bathroom even has a bathtub, especially for a hotel in this price range. However, it's a bit of a walk to Heathrow Terminal 4, and the Wi-Fi isn't very smooth.

This hotel car park is ripped off, staffs are not able to help . I paid £55 because I drove a van

I stayed here for one night as I had an early morning flight. It's right in T4, connected by a walkway, which was incredibly convenient. I expected it to be noisy, but the soundproofing was excellent, and it was very quiet. It's a fully self-check-in hotel. The room was small, but I was satisfied with the cleanliness and everything else.

The location is very convenient. After getting off the plane, follow blue sign and take Free shuttle and reach Terminal 4 for free. Then, cross a short skybridge, which takes about 5 minutes, and you'll arrive. The front desk was very helpful and gave me a quiet room—absolutely no noise at all. There was a bathtub with strong water pressure, a double bed, and a sofa bed. The two of us didn't disturb each other and slept well. Since I had an early morning flight, I went downstairs, walked through the parking lot for 2 minutes to the bus stop, and took bus 482. like 15 arrived at the airport terminal 5—super smooth. Oh I went downstairs to grab a bite like 11 pm. Very convenient and not expensive! Highly recommended

Very comfortable, great room type, especially suitable for a short trip. I highly recommend this place for tourism, it's very suitable, and the breakfast is delicious. Everything is good.

Wonderful stay for my 12 hours transit at Heathrow Airport. Managed to get a good bath and rest in between my flights. Clean and comfortable room. It's very easy to walk with the pedestrian walkway provided from T4 terminal.
