I've stayed at Longkou Hengmao multiple times. When rooms aren't busy, the lobby manager, Yan Yan, is always helpful in upgrading my stay. They offer fresh seasonal fruit daily, and the cleanliness is quite meticulous!

We stayed in a family room with our kids, and it was really spacious and had a fun children's theme. They even provided kid-sized bathrobes and toothbrushes, which was a thoughtful touch. The lobby manager, Yan Yan, helped us with a room upgrade. We'll definitely be back!

All The ladies staffs at the reception was very helpful and friendly. They are very patient and know their work well. The hotel room big and comfortable. Just beside the hotel has one big restaurant serving very good claypot rice All of us enjoy our stay here.

I always stay at Longkou Hengmao Hotel for my business trips. The location is great, and they often offer free upgrades if they're not too busy. Lobby manager Yanyan provides excellent and attentive service!

I stayed here second time but unfortunately I did not feel satisfied this time. Room window was not good. Flush and widget was not working properly.
