Longkou industrial and commercial united hotel(Citizen Activity Center Store)

The hotel's facilities are quite good, and the location is excellent. For this family trip, we booked a family room with three beds, but surprisingly, only two breakfasts were provided, which I don't quite understand. The hotel has a swimming pool and a large restaurant.

I'm at my wit's end. It's already the start of summer, and the Gongshanglian Hotel is considered one of the better hotels in Longkou. They don't provide air conditioning, only natural ventilation. The room temperature was a staggering 28°C – unbearably hot! The hotel completely disregards the guests' comfort! I specifically asked the front desk if they provided air conditioning, and they brazenly replied that they didn't! The suite has three windows: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom window was already loose, making the room incredibly hot. The only way to cool it down was to open the window, which was broken and rattling in the wind! I had to keep the living room window open, and I slept on the sofa all night because of the heat! The bedroom was impossible to sleep in! With the windows open, the room was filled with poplar fluff! It would be unbearably hot without the windows open! The Gongshanglian Hotel's service is terrible!

This is the hotel I always choose when I travel for business. It feels so welcoming, like coming home. The reception staff always make me happy, and their efficiency is commendable. 👍 The hotel's various services are also very thoughtful. I would recommend it to anyone traveling for business!

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the location was excellent, making it convenient for travel. The service was warm and attentive, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The gym lacks ventilation, making it stuffy in the summer, and there's no freshly ground coffee for breakfast.
