Environment: Great. Service: The staff at the lobby and those I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. 👍 There were also staff members in the hot spring area who provided guidance and information. Facilities: The hot spring area has many different pools, offering a good variety and lots of fun.

Our hot spring experience started off great, but then my frozen cooler was completely dismantled by staff, which totally ruined my mood. Is it really acceptable to just take apart a guest's belongings like that? The management and communication here are clearly lacking... I couldn't even find the lobby manager. For such a large hotel, the service is incredibly subpar.

The rooms were spotless, tidy, and comfortable. Bottled water and drinks were replenished daily. The staff were warm and attentive, and the buffet was extensive. There was even a singer performing live, which created a wonderful festive atmosphere. The hot spring area was elegant, and the kids absolutely loved the playground. This is a truly excellent hotel!

Before going, I was a bit apprehensive after reading many reviews, as opinions on the hygiene conditions were quite polarized. However, my daughter and her friends were set on the abundant water and indoor children's play facilities, which none of the nearby hotels could match. So, I bit the bullet and booked it! I even prepared for the worst: bringing my own bedding, toilet seat covers, and even toilet paper, in case the room hygiene was too poor... Upon opening the room door, I quickly scanned the room and bathroom and felt it was decent. Although it had a dated feel, everything was about 80-90% clean, which was pretty good. The only issue was that it was a holiday, so there were many people, and room cleaning was slow. Our cheapest room type was ready by around 3 PM, but my friend's room, which had an indoor hot spring tub, wasn't ready until 4 or 5 PM. It turns out, with the hot springs downstairs, we didn't even use the tub. There was a surprise! Our room was on the second floor, and fireworks were being set off right below us, the kind that launch high and explode with a loud bang. They were incredibly close to our balcony, practically exploding right in front of it. I closed the balcony glass door, worried a stray firework might come in, but the fireworks display was beautiful to watch, albeit a bit dangerous... 😓 They kept going until well past 11:30 PM, constantly exploding. If you're timid or sensitive to noise, it would have been quite a fright. Worth a second visit.

The room is quite spacious! The hot spring has a strong flow! The environment is lovely! Transportation is relatively convenient! There's a wide variety of local food options nearby (Yonghan Town is just about a 7-8 minute drive away).

The room was incredibly spacious, and the hot springs were wonderfully relaxing. You can enjoy unlimited access to the hot springs until check-out, and there's also a private hot spring tub in the room, plus a hot spring swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent too. I highly recommend this hot spring hotel!

This is my second visit, and the experience is still great! The large swimming pool is heated, which is fantastic. My child doesn't like hot springs because they're too warm, so he can play in the pool instead – though good swimming skills are a must. There are plenty of hot spring pools with a wide variety of types and temperatures, including medicinal springs, so everyone can choose what suits them best. They also have small animals you can feed; the calves, ponies, and pigs out back are adorable. It would be even better if they could clean up some of the debris in the slightly larger hot spring pools.

The rooms are decent. The twin beds aren't too small; a parent and a child can comfortably sleep in one. The hot spring area is excellent, with pools both uphill and downhill. Soaking in the pools on the mountain is very relaxing. They even have herbal, red wine, and milk baths. What I recommend most is the kids' play area. I think it's even better than places like Neobio. There are lots of climbing structures and slides, fun even for adults. The breakfast is just okay, but the à la carte Chinese restaurant is delicious and not expensive.

The dining here is probably the best among hot spring hotels; the buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is decent. The hot spring park has many pools, including hot spring massage facilities, but there are fewer herbal pools compared to other hot spring hotels in the same price range. The sauna rooms are quite unique. The hygiene, however, is just so-so. Most of the pools in the hot spring area show obvious stains, and the seating areas and walls of some pools are slippery. The rooms are old and a bit rundown, and the soundproofing is poor. I was woken up two nights in a row by people walking in the corridor. The lighting in the room is poorly designed; there's no separate light for the bathroom or the vanity area. If you turn on the light that illuminates the bathroom, the bright light shines directly onto the mirror, making it hard to sleep all night. There's also no independent corridor light, so older guests would have to fumble in the dark if they get up at night. The private hot tub in the room looked like it hadn't been used all year; I had to wipe it three times to get rid of the dust inside. There were also stains on the toilet seat in the bathroom. On the bright side, the hotel staff's service attitude is excellent – they are very responsive and friendly.

The room was spacious and came with a hot tub, facing east with views of the rolling mountains. The air in the morning was incredibly fresh. The hot spring area was also excellent; the pools were built into the hillside with great scenery and clean water.

The hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The private hot spring water was crystal clear and wonderfully warm, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was rich and delicious. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again for my next vacation!

They also have a mahjong/card room, billiards, ping-pong, and a gym. It's great for family trips, and there's a kids' playground too.
