Hands down, this is the homestay with the best views in the area! I found it to be incredibly good value for money. Their homemade rice wine was a real highlight – so tasty! Plus, there's a huge white cat named JOJO living there. Surprisingly, the scenery is even more beautiful on a rainy day. Breakfast was a feast, especially the rice noodles which I loved! An added bonus was the afternoon tea, featuring mini cakes, Jiangmitiao (glutinous rice sticks), fruit, and tea. The cakes were especially delicious. I even became good friends with the owner! I can't recommend this place enough. They made our trip incredibly convenient and were so thoughtful, even offering pick-up and drop-off service. The Longji Terraced Fields are absolutely breathtaking! I was genuinely reluctant to leave and definitely hope to come back next time!

Qian No.1 Courtyard was my favorite hotel during this Guilin trip. It's ideally located near Longji Rice Terraces Viewpoint No. 2, making access incredibly convenient. A short walk of just a few minutes brings you directly to the viewpoint, where you can fully immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the Longji Rice Terraces. Bathed in sunlight, the scene is utterly breathtaking. The view from the room was also stunning; I honestly didn't want to leave!

The hotel boasts a fantastic setting, and with free parking, it's very convenient for those traveling by car. Both the communal terrace and the room windows offer direct, breathtaking views of the rice terraces. It's a *must* to book a room with a terrace view! The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The rice wine and meals are delicious, and the service is exceptional. Highly recommended! 👍

An incredibly satisfying stay! The hotel's decor and the quality of materials used clearly show the owner's dedication and impeccable taste. Its location is absolutely prime, and the window view from my room was breathtaking, truly like a painting. What made the experience even better was the excellent lunch and dinner options available at the hotel, with a fantastic variety to choose from. You won't need to hunt for popular 'insta-worthy' restaurants; the hotel's own dining areas offer some of the best scenic views. Highly, highly recommended!

The rooms are fantastic with amazing views! The interiors are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. The hotel restaurant served delicious food; we ate there twice, and it was much better than anything we found down the mountain. The complimentary rice wine served with dinner was also excellent! On our first day, we hiked up the 'Thousand-Layer Sky Ladder' to Viewing Platform No. 2. It took us about 25 minutes to ascend, with stops, and a quicker 20 minutes to come back down. The next day, one of the staff members kindly drove us to Erhao Yuanzi, from where we hiked up to Golden Buddha Peak. Strolling through the terraced fields was truly delightful!
