Dragon Ridge · A Good House

Incredible stay. The host helped us book the bus to Dazhai and picked us up at the parking lot. The family room with a teepee is huge. The shower and bathtub are superb. The family-run restaurant and house are very good. We ate very well there; the menu is varied and everything is freshly made and homemade. The Chinese breakfast is very complete. The location is great. You can reach the rice fields in seconds.

The B&B is located halfway up the mountain. The rooms are clean and hygienic, fully controlled by a smart system. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the village and terraced rice fields. The owner picked us up at the Dazhai parking lot and took us home. After lunch, we hiked up the mountain and took the cable car down. After getting off the cable car, we contacted the owner, who then dropped us off (it wasn't far, but we were exhausted after the hike). We had dinner at the B&B again. The bamboo chicken and rice were freshly cooked and grilled. The mountain bamboo shoots and cured pork were delicious, and the portions were generous. The glutinous rice wine served with the meal was also delicious. The next day, after breakfast, the owner dropped us off at the parking lot, which was a hassle-free experience. If I were to return, I would definitely stay at this B&B again.
