We just stopped for lunch on our way back to Tacoma. The dining room is correctly furnished for the period of history when this hotel was built. I ordered chicken salad. My chicken wasn't fresh, it was old like it had been left out on the counter too long. The meat was strong in flavor, tough - so I sent it back and asked for their shrimps instead. The shrimps were delicious. The chef came out and I explained what was wrong. All things considered, they should have given us complimentary dessert. I would give this restaurant another chance because the chef was concerned but if it happened again, that would do it for me.
