The front desk staff, Sicily, provided excellent service; they helped me get an early invoice and arranged for courier delivery. The lobby lighting is beautiful, especially in the evening, giving it a very classy feel. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the taste is decent. Overall, it's great value for money, highly recommended.

A local phone number is required to connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi. I would like to thank the staff member who kindly used their work phone to help me activate the Wi-Fi, as the process took some time. Other than that, everything was good.

Next to wanda mall. Location was good. Classy hotel. It was quite hot as aircon was centralise and not able to control.

Very good hotel. Lobby reception probably not so experienced with foreigners but always polite and helpful. Clean room and comfortable. All facilities were excellent. Didn't eat at the hotel, but noticed it was always very busy which is always a good indication. Certainly can recommend to visitors to Longyan. Close to train station (about 15 minutes by car).

The hotel's overall service was first-class, and the staff were very attentive and responsive to customer requests. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, ensuring ample space for multiple guests. The rooms also featured a gym with top-brand equipment, including dry and steam rooms, which I tried and found excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near various city attractions; the museum is just a 10-minute walk away. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would recommend it.

The breakfast is very rich, and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. They have prepared a lot of local specialties, and there are written signs to explain them. The staff will patiently explain when they see you hesitating! A standard five-star hotel, but our room was a bit not soundproof😅

The location is great, and it is also close to the train station and the highway exit. The hotel is very close to the attractions in Longyan City. There are bus stops next to and opposite, and taxis are also very fast. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. Before departure, the hotel also gave a serious introduction to the attractions, and experienced the local attractions and culture of Longyan very well. The hotel room is very large, with a large washbasin and a large mirror. Everything is very atmospheric, and I like it very much. There is also a large desk, fast Internet speed, and smooth Internet access. The mattress is comfortable and is a King Koil brand, with a down quilt and a down pillow, soft, light, very comfortable, and falls asleep quickly, very comfortable, adding comfort to the journey.
