酒店設施：酒店是新的，環境肯定是好的，小童樂園比較簡陋，遊戲機要付費才可以玩，有點雞肋了，海洋球和滑滑梯比較小，我們8歲，玩起來就比較不方便。早餐選擇不多，住了兩天，吃的都一樣。房間挺大的，原本訂的是庭院房，後來給免費升級成了帶浴缸和榻榻米的房型和孩子的早餐。 衞生狀況：很乾凈，唯獨房間的馬桶沖水聲太響，半夜上廁所，沖水聲生怕吵醒孩子。 服務：服務態度還是挺好的，温聲細語，值得點贊。 周邊：酒店位置已經在郊區了，附近沒什麼可逛可玩的，都要開車出去，離龍遊石窟和竹林禪寺15公里左右。

槽點真的很多，首先開門就是一股新裝修的味道還沒有散去，其次浴缸漏水，弄的整個衞生間都是水，然後早飯是到10點的，9點多去的時候就已經沒有東西了，也不加，品類也少，那還不如説衹到9點，以上種種真不是一個星級酒店應該展現出來的

房間寬敞整潔，採光和通風都很好，床品柔軟舒適，睡起來特別踏實。衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全，細節做得很到位。公共區域乾淨整潔，環境安靜不嘈雜，休息得很好。

酒店裡有很大的草坪，很適合小狗玩，寵物超級友好，帶小狗來很推薦。房間也很大，性價比蠻高的。但是本身應該是兩點後就可以入住，我們三點多到了前台説還沒打掃出來最終四點多才入住，希望以後可以提前説吧，不然影響大家的行程。酒店離湖鎮古鎮蠻近的，有幾家吃飯的店還不錯，離縣裡比較遠，基本上開車都要二十幾分鍾。

優點：房間很大，酒店環境不錯，性價比較高 缺點： 1.入住時前台態度不好，在沒查到訂單的時候直接質疑客人？但凡是個態度好點的詢問是否走錯都行啊…質疑完查到了訂單兩位前台也沒有明確哪位為我們辦理入住，自顧自，不管客人 2.房間床單有明顯污點，因為是雙床，我衹睡一張床，另一張有明顯污點我們就懶得管了 3.建議房間消殺一下，我住了兩晚，被不知名蟲子咬了四個大包…還好半夜致電前台態度還好，找了個大爺來抓蟲…但壓根看不到蟲子在哪啊…麻煩大爺拿了碘酒來消毒…
