Longyou Baoli Clear Water Bay Hotel

The room was spacious, the location was good, but the service was average. The breakfast was also average.

The hotel has a good location and is very conveniently located. The parking lot is very large, which is perfect for a family road trip like mine. The scenery is beautiful, and the front desk upgraded our room for free. The service was very good. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit old and has a somewhat dated style. Overall, the stay was acceptable.

There is almost no sense of service. It is really not good. The hot air conditioner is not available until after 5 o'clock in the evening. When I extended my stay, there were no slippers for a while, no mineral water for a while, and no soap for a while. Even after urging twice, they didn't bring it. The Ktv downstairs is very noisy at night. The other facilities are actually okay for an old hotel. Except for being a bit old and the breakfast tastes average, it has everything you need for this price range.

房間比較温馨，到房間內還有服務人員貼心準備的水果，蠻好的，主要是環境好，高層的優勢很明顯，整體感覺不錯，好評。 對了，停車場很大，離景區也很近。

吐槽一下：剛入住後給了一張房卡結果刷不開房門，刷了N次後，趕緊用走廊的電話打給前台，結果電話不管用（呼叫前台為空號），咋整？幸好碰到一個外賣小哥下電梯，好心人給帶了個話，一會兒來了一個服務人員，用她的所謂的總卡給刷開了門，想放映一下問題，她説系統壞了，不知道她的卡系統就不壞了嗎？人家説完就回去了，讓我們下去的時候再上來時找前台開門！説到這裏，就想笑，這位服務人員竟然沒有讓前台重新給我們換一張卡的服務意識，我也是… 然後發現要內鎖房門，結果鎖是壞的，也是個擺設… 最後早餐真的是一般，菜沒了就沒了，你們吃其他的吧！ 摸了摸沙發全是灰..忘記拍照了
