The hotel is quite comfortable and the atmosphere is really fresh as its name ”Asri Soup”, the fresh cool adem doesn't need far to refresh the body and mind from the daily routine at the office1 The food is also delicious u and many traditional food, The staff was also friendly so it felt like being at home.

Good service, the place is solid clean ... feels like I want to spend many days there. Next will go there again

Stayed from Dec 26-30, 2019. This was our 2nd stays at this hotel. Still they provide a high quality service in terms of maintaining the building. Now talking about the room which located uphill. My feedback: provide a media to request the golf car from the complex to dining or parking lot downhill. Our last day stay at family was tremendously awesome!! Pool view!! Feedback: front office should have kept the payment record so it will not disturb guest by asking the payment receipt (pay upon check in option). The speed and the taste should be improve on dining restaurant. Well all vanished by the scenary😊

The location is convenient but for the facilities I think it's normal.. I took a family suit for 2 million dollars I saw in the advertisement there is a children's tent and children's breakfast which is cute for photos.. but until there twrreal must add another 300rb/pax .. The price is quite high, yes with ordinary facilities.. very standard toiletries .. although the price is not inferior to a 4-star hotel.. for breakfast is quite varied and for delivery to the room without additional charge .. The pool is warm but it's not too warm from the afternoon .. but it's not bad .. the minizoo hopes to be more equipped and the playground can also be upgraded .. so that there are extra activities for children without having to go out of the hotel .. New hotel. Clean. We love the bed. The sheet is so soft. Too bad the bed is rather small compared to the other hotels with the same price.the swimming pool is good.

This Amanda Hills is not on the side of the highway, but in the alley, and it's quite far and it's quite high, which makes it a good sight of whether the car's getting strong, unfortunately it's quiet, so it's not stuck in the middle of the road. In the lobby there is table soccer, welcome drink, and some exercise equipment that might be rented (we didn't try to rent so don't know what to rent either). The hotel is a pretty large resort, there is a pool too, but we didn't try it. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Because the date was high season, we had to move to another room type for the second night. The first night we stayed at Casablanca bungalow no. 311. It was a 2 units that can be connected (with connecting doors), but we only rented 1 unit. Each unit is a 2 room, 1 family room with TV, sofa and table, back terrace, and 1 bathroom. The furniture also looks like it needs to be rejuvenated. Some doors of the cabinet can't close properly. It's a bit difficult to charge the phone here, because the power plug is located quite high, so it's hard to put the phone when charging. Forced to put the phone in the top cabinet when charged, or on the floor, near the TV in the family room. He said because the hotel is fully booked, so the battery-powered phone system is disturbed. But we can still contact the front office with WA, and they respond quickly (even when booking they respond to the WA quickly). The hotel provides free wifi, but the connection is not stable, and the signal is large/small, depending on the location of the bungalow/room from the wifi spot. The rooms are a bit narrow. One room with double bed and the other room with twin beds. The bed is also less comfortable. The furniture is old, even the sheets we were torn apart in 2 places. The room window is a nano window, so we were a bit worried when we slept there will be insects coming in. But fortunately it didn't happen. The room lights are set from the buttons located on the bottom, not on the wall, we were confused at first, modern bathroom, shower type, with a large sink and a sitting closet. Towels are provided for 4 people, soap/shampoo in the dispenser and toothbrush + toothpaste. Towels are provided in the bungalow. It's hard to turn on hot water. But the technician responded quickly when called, so the problem was solved. The back patio leads to the mountain view and the shade of shade. In the morning, don't miss seeing the sunrise from this back terrace.

Location: It's a bit outside of downtown Semarang, but the location isn't bad as there are Korean restaurants nearby. Service: Friendly Facilities: Clean. Music continues until midnight. The rooftop pool view is quite good. Overall good

This is a clean and nice hotel, located a bit far from Simpang Lima Semarang. The room is nice, with hot water flowing, no smoking odor room, and cool AC. However the hotel reservation system through the MyHorison website, needs more improvement. When I made a reservation through the MyHorison website, I didn't receive a confirmation number through my email, but only three lines messages confirming that I have successfully make the reservation (without mentioning the confirmation number) and a suggestion to contact a whatsapp number if I hadn't receive another email confirming my payment after 30 minutes. Waited for more than 30 mins, I didn't receive the confirmation number, then I contacted the whatsapp number plus whatsapp number of this specific hotel. They need hours to send me my room reservation confirmation number, and when they finally did, the confirmation showed my reservation was ”unpaid” (while actually I did pay the room using my credit card). On the check-in date, I gave the print out of the short email and the room confirmation with unpaid status to the receptionist. She took picture of those papers, and asked for a certain number from me, which I didn't have, so I gave her an sms message from my credit card that showed I have paid the transaction. She took picture of my sms from my mobile phone and finalized the process, and gave me the key to my room. From this story you can learn that the reservation process until I got my room was very very painful and stressful. This hotel definitely has to learn from other hotel on how to upgrade their technology for their painless reservation process.

location is cold as it is on the top,although the room without air conditioning but still cold the furniture in some rooms,it is old,it needs to be rejuvenated,such as tv,windows,curtains,but if you want to have a vintage concept,it is suitable breakfast was when we stayed,because it said that there were not many guests,so it was delivered to the room,there are 2 types of breakfast,that is,fried rice and bread + sweet tea We gave us watermelon for breakfast on the first day, but the next day didn't come to it hehe hygiene is good,the room is well cleaned,the sheets and towels are also clean and fragrant The employees are friendly Best facilities: very spacious garden with various children's play and also swimming pool, until the kids feel at home without going home hehe
