The reception staff are great. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make guest comfortable. They assist and provide good information.

Furniture in poor condition, dirty curtains and the furniture itself with stains (oil). Cleaning not carried out properly or not at all, as can be seen in the photos where the pillowcase was clean/changed but the pillows are filthy. Jacuzzi regrettably out of service and the indoor pool with relatively cold water. The paid room was an executive one and for a 5-star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. The only positive points are the excellent breakfast and the roof top.

The hotel was fantastic, a 5 star hotel with exemplary service, especially from Claude! We were even given a welcome drink! As first time visitors we were given some great tips of how to get around the city and things to do. The final day of the trip was spent using the spa facilities and relaxing at the bar.

The decor for the room is a bit old. Amenity is minimum . The internet WiFi failed to work in the room. Disappointing when compared with my stay only very recently.

Staff very friendly, very good customer service.

Very dirty and old hotel. The bath tub and sink were moldy. I won’t come again.

Everything was good the people there are nice and patient. The roof bar is amazing. The only problem is that the WIFI is not working all the time.
