RUN! Do not book! We booked for March 2025. The advertised location is false. Once you book a different address is given and no explanation is provided. Image of last communication attached. After 48 hours of no response we contacted the platform we booked through to obtain a full refund. I also advised about the incorrect address being advertised. This is boardline fraud!

Worst experience ever. They stole from us, didn’t want to give our money back (100$ deposit), dirt and no lights in the room. Bad behavior and no kindness at all. They never answered the phone! When we needed help they didn’t pick up the phone. I’ve traveled the world and nowhere is like this.

Not clean Low Maintenance Bad smell Unconferbul mattresses We were asked to inform the representative before we arrive and so we did. We had to wait half an hour for her. The public areas are not clean. A small bathroom. sticky floor . We contacted the place with the complaints and to this day we have not received an answer.
