Normally wouldn’t stay at this property due to 2 previous bad experiences in the past. Our preferred hotel was sold out so we booked to stay here. We would only return because of the welcome and outstanding service received from Cassandra at the front desk. She was genuinely keen assist us to arrange 3 rooms together and very accommodating. Hotel itself is very good with coffee making machine in room, fridge, and good tv channels. Shower pressure could be better. Housekeeping very noisy in the morning talking loudly in corridors and banging doors. A lot of airline crew stay here on their stopover so this shows quality. I would return only because service and welcome from Cassandra was exceptional. There are several airport hotels on Century Blvd you could choose from but because of her kindness, I will return. There are several eateries along Century Blvd and easy walk to airport. You can park at Joe’s parking next door in order to avoid the hefty parking charges at the Sheraton.

Big clean room. The pool seems to be very nice though I didn’t use it. Poor sound isolation as I could hear people talk in the corridor and flights take off.

The hotel is a bit old and luxurious, and it's too close to the airport, making it very noisy. It's the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. However, it is indeed close to the airport and has an outdoor swimming pool, along with a free airport shuttle.

Sheraton is a well-established American hotel brand. This particular hotel is very close to the airport, offering views of planes taking off and landing. They also provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

The chicken wings were absolutely terrible. The Caesar salad was incredibly salty. The room was okay, and it had Starbucks coffee, which was a nice touch. Breakfast wasn't good either; the pork sausage was awful. Hotel food in America is consistently bad.

The Sheraton Hotel is very nice, very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus from the airport. Facilities: fully equipped, with separate toilet, swimming pool and gym Hygiene: Good hygiene conditions and clean rooms Environment: The view is great, the scenery is very good Service: The service of the front desk lady is in place. If you have any questions, you can ask the front desk to solve them.

Great location. Shuttle bus is very convenient. Prefer to have a hair blower in the room.

This hotel is very close to the airport, but the soundproofing is excellent – you can't hear any planes, which makes it perfect for a layover. If you're not in a rush, you can even walk to the airport in 5-10 minutes! The facilities are also great.

The airplane noise outside was quite loud, so be cautious if you're sensitive to jet lag. Inside the room, there was a regular 'beep beep' sound. We had to pay an extra fee to check in upon arrival in the morning. The information about the bus shuttle location in previous reviews is incorrect. You need to look for the large red 'hotel & private parking shuttle' sign upstairs, not the pink 'terminal shuttle bus' sign downstairs.

Got a room on the 4th floor, and it was really quiet, aside from the normal AC hum. The beds, like most abroad, are soft, so if you're used to a firm mattress, you'll need to adjust. The hotel's free round-trip shuttle bus is super convenient. Nearby, you can check out In-N-Out for some cool Instagram shots with planes, and the burgers are good value, but don't expect gourmet taste. I paid a $200 credit card deposit at check-in, so I'll be keeping an eye on whether the refund goes smoothly.

Just a ten-minute drive from the airport with a free shuttle, which is super convenient. The room was a bit dated but clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple, but decent for an American breakfast. Being close to the airport has its pros and cons; the plane noise at night was quite loud and affected my sleep a bit, but it's really handy for early morning or late night flights.

I was first time visited ~ The hotel shuttle bus runs frequently, so it is convenient. There is a good In-N-Out Burger nearby. There is a convenience store in the hotel lobby where you can buy coffee and room service.

Arrived in LA in the early hours, originally planned to spend the night at the airport, but couldn't bear it and booked the Sheraton Gateway. It's very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service. Just head to the 1st floor from the airport, look for the 'Hotel Shuttles' sign, and hop on the shuttle with the Sheraton logo. It goes directly to the hotel. They pick up from every terminal! The room was quite neat and clean! Check-in at 2 AM and check-out around noon went smoothly! I took the hotel shuttle back to the airport, then the airport's 'Shuttles M' line to the Metro transit center to catch the subway to downtown LA, which was quite convenient.
