Holiday Inn Express & Suites HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME by IHG

Nice location and nice employees. The stiff Jose at the front desk could use a bit of smile and softer tone. Lunch room ladies were fantastic. Overall a good experience.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Hollywood Walk of Fame was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. On the downside, we were disappointed that there was no free drinking water provided. Something so essential, especially for travelers, yet inconveniently missing. This was made even more frustrating by the mandatory destination fee, which felt completely unjustified given the lack of basic amenities. The room was spacious, which we appreciated, but it lacked a microwave, making it less practical for longer stays. The breakfast selection, while edible, was exactly the same every day, which quickly became repetitive and didn’t feel worth the price by paying breakfast daily. On the positive side, the hospitality from Marieta and Veronica during breakfast truly stood out. They were consistently warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome each morning, which added a personal touch to our stay. Their friendly service was a bright spot that we will remember. Overall, while the location is great and the staff like Marieta and Veronica deserve praise, the lack of basic amenities, repetitive food, and unjustified destination fee make it hard to recommend for the price.

Because our return flight is early in the morning, we decided to stay nearby PVG the day before departure. With many luggages and bags, we were so exhausted when we arrived the hotel. Surprisedly, the hotel concierge, Felix Wang was very helpful and provided an impressive service which made our trip with a great ending.

It is very convenient place to stay the Hollywood walk of fame.Front desk (Mr Alonso) was very helpful in changing the room to desired one. I felt that rooms are little slope which made me feel uneven. Hotel also has facility to store the luggage for $5 per bag per day if needed. Breakfast was great and sufficient. Great place to stay overall .

For this holiday inn, it’s big different with others.  For reception, they are very friendly. For carpark, only for valet, $45 per day and it’s expensive than Las Vegas. But I think they have better security as they will lock the exit entrance at night time.  For room cleaning, it’s big issue, we found there are many areas with stain, dirty or hair.  We are worry that it has bug but luckily they don’t have even though we did deeply cleaning before sleep.  For room, always has sound from another room, it’s big problem as the connecting room which is living by a family. They keep loudly and affecting us to sleep even 23:00-24:00.  Finally, staff thoguht we touch the connecting room lock and affected another room customers instead of understanding what happen we have. Poor on handling customer case.
