This hotel is truly excellent! The location is easy to find and super convenient for transportation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and check-in was very quick. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable and soft bedding, ensuring a very sound sleep. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was just right. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. It's also super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This was my first time in Los Angeles, and I chose the Hilton. Claudia at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful and welcoming service, which was a huge comfort to us since we don't speak the language and were completely new to everything. The room was well-equipped and cleaned meticulously every day. We stayed for a total of six days, and Bill, another staff member at the front desk, was also very attentive and always happy to help, leaving us with a great impression. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere. Highly recommend!

Booked this for a friend, and she said it was more like a motel. The location was decent, but the room quality needs improvement and didn't meet her expectations. She's asked me to book somewhere nicer next time.

The location is quite convenient, within walking distance to Hollywood. The facilities are good, but the American-style service leaves a bit to be desired. Overall, it's decent and feels quite safe.

Excellent,if get chance will come back again

Great hotel really close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and saw lots of the stars! 10 minute walk to nearest metro station for quick access to Universal and plenty of buses nearby as well to take you anywhere in LA. Hotel was clean, good facilities in room, only problem was 1 lift broken for most of the stay but that can happen, just meant waiting for the other one for longer to the higher floor where our room was. Pool area was very nice to have although could only use it briefly. Overall would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Hollywood.

The hotel is brand new, with an elegant ambiance and excellent service. It's easy to find and features good soundproofing. Its proximity to Universal Studios is a major convenience, and it's just 800 meters from the Avenue of Stars. A highly recommended choice.

This room had some issues. Firstly, the floor was uneven, so when I showered, the water would pool in the center of the bathroom instead of draining properly. Secondly, the bathroom counter leaked; when I turned on the faucet, some water would run down the wall from the counter and also collect in the middle of the bathroom.

The hotel amenities are quite comprehensive, and the hygiene is pretty good. The service is also decent; they offer luggage storage. However, there's no hot water, and they don't provide complimentary bottled water. There's a supermarket nearby where you can buy some.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere. It's very close to the Avenue of Stars, just a 5-minute walk. The only downside was that it wasn't clearly stated that parking costs $50 per day! But overall, it was a very good stay.

The room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were quite comfortable. It's also pretty close to Universal Studios, with an Uber ride costing about 12. However, being right by the road, it was very noisy, and traffic sounds started very early in the morning. Service was only average, and for a one-night stay, the price felt a bit steep.
